# Time Capsules

Welcome to **Done2Earn’s Time Capsule Zone** —\
a place where *memories, messages, and crypto assets travel through time.*

Here, you can send a message — and some tokens — into the future.\
To your **future self**, to a **friend**, or even to an **email address** that doesn’t belong to a Done2Earn user yet.\
When the set time comes, your message and its hidden treasures will resurface.

### 🪐 What is a Time Capsule?

A **Time Capsule** is a digital vault that protects your message and the crypto assets you lock inside it until the chosen opening date.\
It records the **value at the time of creation** and displays how that value changes when the capsule is opened.

You can:

* Write a heartfelt message to your future self
* Send a challenge or a wish to a friend
* Or surprise someone who hasn’t even joined Done2Earn yet

Once the capsule is created, it will orbit through time — waiting for its scheduled awakening.

### 📅 How It Works

1. **Create a Capsule:**\
   Go to the *Time Capsules* section and choose *Create New Capsule*.
2. **Set the Opening Date:**\
   The earliest you can set is **6 months from today**.
3. **Add Your Message:**\
   Write your story, promise, or dream — something your future self or your friend will never forget.
4. **Choose the Recipient:**
   * Yourself (future message)
   * A Done2Earn friend
   * Or any valid email address
5. **Add Tokens:**\
   Include any amount of crypto assets you wish — $DO, $DONE, or others.\
   They will stay locked until the capsule opens.
6. **Launch the Capsule:**\
   Once confirmed, your capsule will be sealed and safely stored in the Done2Earn blockchain orbit.

### 📬 When the Time Comes

When the chosen date arrives:

* The recipient will get a **notification**
* The capsule will **open automatically**
* The message will be **revealed**
* All contained tokens will be **transferred to their App Wallet**

You can explore:

* Capsules you’ve **created**
* Capsules you’ve **received**
* And a **Timeline View** to revisit opened ones and their stories

### 🌠 Hidden Surprises

Sometimes, Done2Earn will send **mystery capsules** to users — with unknown messages and random token rewards.\
Keep an eye on your inbox and notifications — one might already be traveling through time toward you.
